Review of Isla Gecko Resort, BoracayDuring my recent stay at Isla Gecko Resort, I found an unexpected blend of comfort and value in the heart of Boracay. The staff exemplified warmth and genuine hospitality, particularly Aba at the reception, who was exceptionally attentive and willing to accommodate our early check-in request. The spacious rooms were meticulously cleaned, featuring well-maintained air conditioning and necessary amenities. The addition of free bottled water dispensers on each floor was a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to stay refreshed without added costs. Wi-Fi coverage was robust throughout the facility, providing reliable connectivity. The resort's strategic location is a standout aspect, situated conveniently near the beach yet tucked away from the noisy thoroughfare. This positioning allows for restful evenings while still being within walking distance of local markets and transport hubs. For the price, Isla Gecko offers an impressive value proposition. The combination of well-equipped rooms, attentive service, and a calm atmosphere creates a compelling choice for travelers seeking both comfort and cost efficiency. Should I revisit Boracay, Isla Gecko will certainly be my preferred accommodation.
